By accessing, downloading , and using these platforms, you fully and unconditionally accept the terms and conditions described below.
1. Definitions
1.1. PREYA : Company registered with the Créteil Trade and Companies Register under number 952 019 370 , with its registered office at 24, rue Garnier Pages, 94100 Saint-Maur-des-Fossés .
1.2. User : Any person registered and using the website, mobile application, or any other tool made available by PREYA .
1.3. Partner Driver : Independent professional offering transportation services via the PREYA , subject to compliance with all legal and contractual requirements.
1.4. PREYA Platforms : Digital interface accessible via website, mobile application, and digital tools enabling Partner Drivers to receive, accept, and manage their rides.
1.5. Client : Any person booking a transportation service via PREYA.
2. Use of the PREYA Platforms
2.1. Registration and Access
- Any Partner Driver wishing to use PREYA must register by contacting the following email: preyavtc@gmail.com , providing accurate, complete and regularly updated information .
- Registration is free , but access to races is conditional upon PREYA validating the profile .
- Access to races is conditional upon validation of the profile by PREYA , after verification of the required documents and compliance with legal requirements.
2.2. Eligibility
To be eligible, the Partner Driver must:
- Be of legal age and hold the legal authorizations to carry out a passenger transport activity (e.g., VTC professional card , insurance, valid technical inspection, etc.).
- Provide PREYA with valid legal documents , which will be checked and validated.
- Not having a criminal record incompatible with the transport activity.
All falsification Or omission will result in the immediate suspension or termination of the account.
2.3. Hardware and Connectivity
The Partner Driver must:
- Use a smartphone or computer that is compatible with the technical requirements of the website and mobile application.
- Having a stable internet connection to ensure optimal operation of PREYA .

- Keep the PREYA application and tools up to date by installing the mandatory updates published by PREYA.
3. Driver's Obligations
3.1. Compliance with Commitments
The Partner Driver agrees to:
- Honor confirmed reservations and respect agreed schedules .
- Respect safety rules and show courtesy towards customers.
- Do not cancel an accepted ride , except in cases of force majeure , and by immediately informing PREYA via the application.
Frequent lateness, abusive cancellation or unjustified refusal of ride may result in suspension or termination of the account.
3.2. Pricing and Payment
- The Partner Driver agrees to respect the pricing set by PREYA for each trip.
- Payments are made via a secure system .
- PREYA undertakes to pay drivers' earnings according to the terms and deadlines in the signed contract.
3.3. Vehicle and Equipment
The Partner Driver must ensure that their vehicle:
- It is in perfect working order and complies with legal standards (technical inspection, insurance, etc.).
- It is clean and offers a high-end service to customers.
- It has an electronic payment method allowing customers to pay on board .
Any failure to comply with these obligations may result in a sanction, suspension, or even termination of the account.

4. PREYA's Responsibilities
4.1. Networking
- PREYA acts as an intermediary between the Partner Driver and the Client, but cannot be held responsible for incidents occurring during a journey.
4.2. Accuracy of Information:
- PREYA guarantees the security of transactions via an approved service provider .
- The Partner Driver is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the amounts collected .
5. Suspension and Termination
5.1. Suspension Reasons
A driver account will be suspended in case of:
- Any act that could harm PREYA's quality of service, image.
- Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions (e.g., frequent delays, inappropriate behavior, expired documents).
- Unjustified refusals of rides or excessive cancellations.
- Failure to comply with contractual obligations.
5.2. Termination
PREYA can terminate an account without notice
in the event of serious breach, notably :
- Fraud or false declaration.
- Misconduct with customers.
- Customer poaching or violation of trade rules.
- Failure to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Any act that could harm PREYA's quality of service or image.
THE funds owed to the driver, after deduction of any penaltieswill paid within 30 days.
6. Fraud Protection

suspend or terminate any account in case of:
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
- Document forgery.
- Misuse of the application.

Any proven fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Partner Driver data is collected and processed in accordance with the

8. Application Updates
- PREYA can deploy updates For :

- In the event of a dispute, the courts of the location of PREYA's registered office will have jurisdiction.
- PREYA encourages Partner Drivers to contact support first to resolve any disputes.
10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
PREYA reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Continued use of the application after notification constitutes
tacit acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
