Welcome to Preya . These General Conditions of Use ( CGU ) govern the use of the website , the mobile application and any other digital tool offered by Preya for partner drivers.
By accessing, downloading and using these platforms, you fully and unreservedly accept the terms and conditions described below.


1. Definitions

1.1. PREYA : Company registered with the RCS de Créteil under number 952 019 370 , having its registered office at 24, rue GARNIER Pages, 94100 Saint-Maur-des-Fossés .
1.2. User : Any person registered and using the website, the mobile application or any other tool made available by Preya .
1.3. Partner driver : Independent professional offering transport services via PREYA , subject to compliance with all legal and contractual requirements.
1.4. PREYA platforms : Digital interface accessible via website, mobile application and digital tools allowing partner drivers to receive, accept and manage their races.
1.5. Customer : anyone reserving a transport service via preya.

2. Use of PREYA platforms

2.1. Registration and access
  • Any partner driver wishing to use preya must register by contacting the following email: preyavtc@gmail.com , providing accurate, complete and regularly updated information .
  • Registration is free , but access to the races is conditioned on the validation of the profile by Preya .
  • Access to the races is conditioned on the validation of the profile by preya , after verifying the documents required and compliance with the legal requirements.

2.2. Eligibility
To be eligible, the partner driver must:
  • Be major and holder of legal authorizations to exercise a transport activity (e.g. professional VTC , insurance, valid technical control, etc.).
  • Provide preya valid legal documents , which will be checked and validated.
  • Do not have a criminal record incompatible with the transport activity.
All falsification Or omission will result in the suspension or immediate termination of the account.
2.3. Material and connectivity
The partner driver must:
  • Use a smartphone or computer compatible with the technical requirements of the website and the mobile application.
  • Have a stable internet connection to guarantee optimal operation of preya .
  • Spain
  • Maintain Preya application and tools up to date , by installing the compulsory updates published by Preya.


3. Driver's obligations

3.1. Respect for commitments
The partner driver is committed to:
  • Honor confirmed reservations and comply with agreed schedules .
  • Respect safety and courtesy rules towards customers.
  • Do not cancel an accepted race , except in cases of force majeure , and immediately informing Preya via the application.
Any frequent delay, abusive cancellation or unjustified race refusal may result in account or termination of the account.
3.2. Pricing and payment
  • The partner driver undertakes to comply with the pricing set by Preya for each race.
  • Payments are made via a secure system .
  • Preya undertakes to pay the income of the drivers according to the defined terms and the agreed deadlines in the signed contract.

3.3. Vehicle and equipment
The partner driver must ensure that his vehicle:
  • Is in perfect working order and in accordance with legal standards (technical control, insurance, etc.).
  • Is clean and offers high -end service to customers.
  • Has an electronic payment method allowing customers pay on board .
Any breach of these obligations may lead to a sanction, suspension, or even termination of the account.
  • PREYA reserves the right to:
    • Modify or delete services or functionalities of the site without notice.
    • Temporarily or permanently restrict access to the site or certain features.
  • These modifications can result from:
    • Technical updates to improve the performance or safety of the site.
    • Legislative developments requiring functional adjustments.
    • Commercial partnerships influencing the services offered.
  • The user will be informed of changes via:
    • Notifications on the site or the mobile application.
    • Information emails sent to registered customers.


4. PREYA responsibilities

4.1. Connection
  • Preya acts as an intermediary between the partner driver and the customer, but cannot be held responsible for incidents occurring during a trip.

4.2. Accuracy of the information:
  • Preya guarantees transactions securing via an authorized provider .
  • The partner driver is responsible for checking the accuracy of the amounts received .


5. Suspension and termination

5.1. Suspension patterns
A driver account may be suspended In case of:
  • Of any act that can harm Preya in its quality of service, image.
  • Failure to comply with CGU (e.g. frequent delays, inappropriate behavior, expired documents).
  • Abusive refusal of excessive races or cancellations.
  • Non-compliance with contractual commitments.

5.2. Termination
PREYA can terminate an account without notice in case of serious failure, notably :
  • Fraud or false declaration.
  • Bad behavior with customers.
  • Hijacking of customers or violation of commercial rules.
  • Non-compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Any act that can harm Preya in its quality of service, image.
THE Fund due to the driver, after deduction of possible penalties, will be paid within 30 days.

6. Fraud protection

PREYA reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account In case of:
  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
  • Falsification of documents.
  • Abusive use of the application.
All proven fraud will be reported to the competent authorities.

7. Personal data

Partner drivers data is collected and processed in accordance with the GDPR .
Preya undertakes to protect the confidentiality of this information.

8. Application updates

  • PREYA can update For :
    • Correct bugs.
    • Improve performance.
    • Add features.
  • These updates are compulsory to guarantee access to the service .

9.

  • In the event of a dispute, the courts of the pre -registered office of Preya will be competent.
  • Preya encourages partner drivers to contact the support first to resolve any dispute.

10. CG changes

Preya reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continuous use of application after notification constitutes a tacit acceptance of new CGUs.
