These General Conditions of Sale (GTC) and General Conditions of Use (CGU) supervise the access, use and reservation of transportation services via the Preya.fr website , the mobile application, or directly with the Preya team. Any navigation or reservation implies full acceptance of these GTC and CGU.
Preya reserves the right to modify the General Conditions of Sale (CGV) at any time. The GTC applicable to the reservation of a service are those in force on the date of the firm service of the service (hereinafter "the reservation"), materialized by the reception by Preya of the written confirmation of the reservation.
As a transport company registered with the RCS de Créteil under number 952 019 370, Preya guarantees the good organization and the smooth running of the missions entrusted to it. 2.2. User : Any natural or legal person accessing or using the Preya website.
2.3. Customer : Person having created an account on the site to reserve journeys or access the services offered by Preya.
2.4. PREYA Services : All the services offered on the website, including the reservation of journeys , the management of customer accounts , access to information and the connection with partner drivers.
2.5. Order : Reservation of transport service carried out by the Customer via the website, the mobile application, a quote, a transport voucher , or via requests made via a tool or marketplace , or directly from the Preya team.
2.6. Race price : total amount to pay for transport services, including preya service costs.

3. Acceptance of CGUs

5. Access and use of the site

5.1. Site availability
  • The site https://preya.fr is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to :
    • Scheduled interruptions for maintenance, update or improvement of the site.
    • Technical breakdowns linked to shortcomings of communication networks or accommodation suppliers.

6. Reservations and quotes

6.1. Terms:
  • Reservations can be made via:
    • Preya's website.
    • The Preya mobile application.
    • A quote issued by Preya and accepted by the customer.
    • A transport voucher validated by the customer.
    • Requests made via a tool or a marketplace in partnership with Preya.
    • Directly to the Preya team by phone or email.
  • A reservation is considered to be confirmed only after validation of payment by the customer.

6.2. Accuracy of the information:
  • The Customer undertakes to provide exact information (departure address, destination, time, date, number of passengers, etc.).
  • In the event of incorrect or incomplete information, Preya reserves the right to cancel the reservation after trying to contact the customer for correction.

6.3. Quote and vouchers:
  • The quotes provided by Preya have a validity of 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise indicated.
  • The validation of a quote is an acceptance of the offer and results in confirmation of the reservation.
  • Transport vouchers serve as proof of booking for the customer.


7. Price and payment terms

7.1. Pricing
  • The racing prices are displayed in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes .
  • A fixed reservation tax of € 5 (five euros) is applied to each race and added to the total amount displayed before the validation of the order.
  • A mileage price scale is available on the Preya website .
  • Discounts and promotions can be applied according to the specific conditions indicated on the site or application.

7.2. Payment methods:
  • Payment by bank card, electronic portfolio, bank transfer , cash or any other electronic payment method proposed by Preya.
  • Payments are secured by an approved payment service provider .
  • The funds are placed in a sequestration account until the service is completed to guarantee customer safety.

7.3. Unpaid and fraud:
  • In the event of non-payment or suspected fraud, Preya can cancel the reservation and suspend or terminate the customer's account.
  • Any attempted fraudulent payment will be reported to the competent authorities.


8. Right of withdrawal

  • In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code , the right of withdrawal does not apply to the transport services of persons on a determined date or period.
  • However, Preya allows changes and cancellations under conditions (see section 9).


9. Cancellations, no-show and compensation for waiting time

9.1. Cancellation by the customer
  • Cancellation more than 72 hours before the service : invoicing of 30 % of the initial amount to cover the costs incurred.
  • Cancellation between 48 and 24 hours before the service : invoicing of 70 % of the initial amount, including preparation costs and loss of opportunity.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours or in the event of "no-show" : invoicing of 100 % of the initial amount, except in the event of a duly justified force majeure .
  • Cancellation without notice (less than 48 hours before the service) : the service is due to 100 % of the initial amount.
  • Late reservation (less than 12 hours before the service) : In case of cancellation, the invoicing is 100 % of the amount excl.
  • Any cancellation must be notified in writing.

9.2. Customer No-show
  • Maximum waiting time :
    • Standard races: 10 minutes after the agreed schedule.
    • Airports: 1 hour of free waiting in the event of flight delay; Beyond that, the service will be considered a no-show (therefore the rules of the no-show apply) .
    • Trains: 30 minutes after the new train schedule; Beyond that, the service will be considered a no-show (therefore the rules of the no-show apply) .
  • Absence of the customer beyond the maximum waiting time :
    • The service is considered to be a no-show , and the complete invoicing applies without possible reimbursement .

9.3. Driver's no-show If the driver does not show up in a reasonable time and without justification, preya Gets involved in:
  • Find a replacement driver as soon as possible and inform the customer.
  • Propose a Adapted alternative solution :
    • Customer reachable with another approved transport service provider .
    • Total or partial reimbursement , depending on the circumstances.
    • Commercial compensation (having or awarding a future service, if applicable).
  • Open an internal investigation to determine the causes of the delay or no-show and apply the necessary measures to the driver concerned .
Exceptions and responsibility:
  • Preya cannot be held responsible if the delay or absence of the driver is due to a case of force majeure .
  • If the delay is due to a proven fault of the driver, Preya will apply contractual sanctions and take the corrective measures necessary to avoid any recurrence .
9.4. Changes
  • Changes accepted up to 12 hours before the service , subject to availability and with additional costs .
  • Any modification requested within 12 hours of the service will result in additional costs in addition to the initial invoicing , calculated according to the necessary adjustments.
  • Late modifications (less than 24 hours before the service) : invoicing of 50 % of the initial amount to cover the costs incurred, except in cases of force majeure .


10. Force majeure

A case of force majeure, as defined by theArticle 1218 of the Civil Code, is an event unpredictable, irresistible and independent of the will of the parties, preventing the execution of the contract.
Are considered to be cases of force majeure, but without limiting themselves:
  • Natural disasters (storms, floods, fires, etc.);
  • Epidemics and government restrictions (confinement, border closure, etc.);
  • Attacks, armed conflicts, war.

Specific exclusions of force majeure : Are not considered to be cases of force majeure:
  • Flight cancellation , unless it results directly from a natural disaster, a government prohibition or a major conflict.
  • Train cancellation , unless it is due to an independent event of the railway company or the customer (eg natural disaster, closure of stations by the state).
  • Poor customer organization for a seminar or an event (delay, absence of logistics information, accommodation problem, lack of participants).
  • Contests and unusual traffic incidents (eg closed road, major accident disturbing traffic).
  • Vehicle breakdowns or isolated technical problems.
  • Economic or financial constraints of the customer.
  • Any event due to neglect or a contractual breach of one of the parties.

In case of force majeure:
  • The contractual obligations of the part concerned are suspended without penalty for the duration of the force majeure event.
  • The party concerned must immediately notify the other party in writing, by providing the official supporting documents for the case of force majeure.
  • If the force majeure persists beyond 30 days, one or the other of the parties may terminate the contract without compensation.

11. Intellectual property

11.1. Content protection
  • All the content Present on the site https://preya.fr and on the preya mobile application are protected by the intellectual property law, including but without limiting yourself:
    • Texts, articles, descriptions, editorial content.
    • Images, graphics, logos, icons, illustrations, videos.
